Who we are

EcomTraffic is a conversion rate optimisation (CRO) agency for Shopify brands. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and our related services. Contact: jess@ecomtraffic.nl.

What we collect

• Application data you submit through our forms: name, business email address, phone number, webshop URL, revenue range and your answers about your business.
• Usage data via privacy-friendly analytics (visits, pages) and the Meta Pixel (ad performance and conversions).
• Communication data when you interact with us by email, phone, WhatsApp or during scheduled calls (including call notes and, with notice, meeting transcripts).

Why we use it

• To assess your application and deliver the requested redesign or audit.
• To contact you about your request — by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• To schedule and prepare calls (via Calendly / Google Calendar).
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To administer client relationships, invoicing and payments (via Stripe).

Who we share it with

We use trusted processors to run our business: hosting and analytics providers, Meta (advertising and WhatsApp Business), Google (email and calendar), Calendly (scheduling), Slack (internal notifications), Stripe (payments) and our CRM. We never sell personal data.

Retention

We keep application and client data for as long as needed for the purposes above, and no longer than legally required. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data, and object to processing. Email jess@ecomtraffic.nl and we will respond promptly. You can also opt out of WhatsApp messages by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message.
